Hormone Therapy (HRT/TRT)

Hormone Replacement Therapy In Bend & Seattle. Also serving Oregon & Washington via telehealth

Feel more like yourself again.

Something feels off, but it’s hard to explain.

You’re more tired than you used to be. Sleep isn’t as consistent. Your mood shifts more easily. You don’t feel as clear, steady, or energized as you once did.

In many cases, hormones are part of that shift.

At Flow Wellness, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is used to help bring those systems back into balance so you can feel more like yourself again.

What HRT actually does.

Hormones influence how your body functions day to day.

They affect your energy, mood, metabolism, sleep, and how your body maintains muscle and body fat. As levels change over time, those systems can start to feel less stable.

HRT works by restoring hormone levels in a way that aligns with your body’s natural patterns.

The goal is not to override your system, but to support it so things feel more consistent again.

Care that adjusts as you do.

Hormone therapy isn’t a one-time decision. It’s something that evolves.

At Flow Wellness, your plan is built around your symptoms, your lab work, and how you’re actually feeling. As your body responds, your treatment is adjusted.

Some improvements happen quickly, while others develop gradually. That’s why we embrace a care model that emphasizes continuity with a concierge-style approach. Patients enrolled in our Monthly Thrive Membership have direct access to their provider, with prompt appointments available as needed so medication adjustments and lab monitoring can be managed proactively.

A more comprehensive approach when you need it.

For some patients, hormone therapy alone isn’t the full picture.

As hormone levels shift, metabolism often changes with them. Weight becomes harder to manage. Energy drops. Progress can feel inconsistent, even with effort.

That’s why your initial evaluation at Flow Wellness is designed to look beyond hormones alone. Your comprehensive hormone consultation includes:

  • A one-hour initial visit
  • Customized lab order panel
  • Comprehensive treatment plan designed specifically for you
  • Follow-up visit focused on understanding your full health picture.

Together, we evaluate factors such as energy, longevity, sexual wellness, weight, muscle and fat composition, lifestyle habits, and metabolic health to create a personalized plan that may include targeted medications, wellness strategies, and sustainable lifestyle adjustments.

What our process looks like.

Flow Wellness how we help graph

It starts with a conversation.

You’ll meet with a clinician to talk through your symptoms, your health history, and what’s been changing over time. From there, lab work is used to get a clearer picture of your hormone levels and overall health.

Once your results are in, your clinician will build a customized plan for your goals. You will review the plan together and decide how to move forward. If treatment makes sense, you will start our Thrive Membership program. Through our monthly program, you’ll have ongoing check-ins, clear guidance, and a better understanding of what’s working and what isn’t.

Our Program:

The Thrive monthly membership includes:

  • A dedicated provider focused on helping you reach your health goals through monthly check-ins, unlimited provider messaging, and exclusive discounts on additional Flow Wellness services and medications.
  • This ongoing support provides a personalized approach to help you make steady, sustainable progress toward your goals.

Why people choose Flow Wellness for Hormone Replacement

Many people come in after being told their labs are “normal,” even though they don’t feel like themselves.

At Flow Wellness, the focus is on understanding what’s actually going on—not just whether something falls within a standard range.

You’re working with a clinician who takes the time to look deeper, connect the dots, and adjust your care based on how you’re feeling, not just what shows up on paper.

Feel like yourself again.

When your hormones are more balanced, things tend to feel more consistent.

Energy stabilizes. Sleep improves. You feel more clear, more capable, and more like yourself again.

If you’re looking for hormone replacement therapy provider in Bend, Seattle, or telehealth in Oregon or Washington, you can start with a consultation and decide what the right next step looks like.

Hormone Replacement Therapy FAQs

Bioidentical HRT uses hormones that are structurally identical to those your body naturally produces to help restore balance and improve symptoms related to hormonal changes.

Patients often seek treatment for fatigue, low libido, brain fog, poor sleep, weight changes, mood shifts, hot flashes, low motivation, reduced muscle mass, or decreased recovery. Flow Wellness uses comprehensive hormone evaluations to identify whether hormone imbalance may be contributing to these symptoms.

Your visit at Flow Wellness includes a discussion about symptoms, health history, lifestyle, sleep, recovery, and wellness goals. Your provider will order comprehensive lab testing to evaluate hormone levels, metabolic health, thyroid function, and other contributing factors.

Flow Wellness may recommend testosterone therapy, estrogen therapy, progesterone therapy, peptide support, supplements, or lifestyle interventions depending on your needs. Treatment options may include injections, creams, capsules, troches, or pellets.

Some patients notice improvements in energy, sleep, mood, or recovery within several weeks, while other changes may take longer. Flow Wellness focuses on gradual, medically supervised optimization rather than rapid changes.

Lab testing is necessary before beginning treatment. Flow Wellness uses lab work alongside symptoms and medical history to help determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate and how treatment should be customized.

We recommend a comprehensive lab panel to evaluate both hormone balance and overall metabolic health. Lab testing can often be completed through insurance, and a cash-pay option is also available for patients who prefer it. If you have recent laboratory results from another provider, we’re happy to review those as part of your evaluation as well.

Flow Wellness does not bill insurance, which allows for more flexibility in care and more personalized treatment plans. We do take FSA/HSA payments and can provide a superbill to give to your insurance company.
